*Recruitment Consultant Opportunity*
Due to exceptional growth this year, Nelson Group Holdings are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their award winning team in Birmingham.

As a Recruitment Consultant your role will be to:
* Develop new business via cold calling & emailing potential clients
*Ensure current clients are serviced regularly and have their recruitment requirements met
* Create great relationships with new, potential and existing clients
*Process incoming calls and any correspondence via email
* Identify client requirements and what candidates would suit the various roles
* Liaise with the candidates and clients to confirm interviews, contracts and various documents to secure their new job roles
* Keep all systems up to date with new and existing candidates
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a B2B sales role. We are also looking to speak to applicants currently working in the recruitment industry who are looking to develop their career.
We offer a competitive package with a salary between GBP18,000 – GBP25,000 per annum (dependant on experience) and a bespoke training package to ensure you reach your potential.
