Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager

At CRS Recruitment we are looking to bring on board an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager in Manchester, to successfully lead our business to the next stage of growth.

CRS Recruitment is a dynamic and established international recruitment agency who have been dedicated for 11 years to finding high quality candidates for financial services, IT, online gaming and marketing roles. The majority of our work to date has been across the UK, Spain, Gibraltar and Malta, although we are expanding to other parts of Europe.

On the back of a very successful year in 2018, we have ambitious plans to develop the business further, and are looking for someone who will be passionate about growing both the business and the team. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant to take their first steps into team management. Our biggest clients are in finance and accountancy so experience of this sector and/or IT is desirable.

Job description:

  • Providing a 360 value added recruitment service to our clients, accountable for delivery and building great long term relationships.
  • A creative approach to resourcing outside of the tried and tested methods, including referrals and direct approach
  • Strategic business development – developing and delivering the business plan
  • Implementing best practice recruitment processes, procedures and systems.
  • Coaching and developing the team to ensure performance and engagement.

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Senior Recruitment Consultant – Experience in Financial Services and/or IT.
  • Ability to build value adding long term client relationships.
  • Strong team player who will be part of a close knit team and able to coach and develop people.
  • Drive and a proven track record of business development
  • A creative approach to recruitment.
  • Able to problem solve.
  • Ideally degree educated.
  • Spanish language an advantage
