GBP25,000 – GBP40,000 + 25% to 35% Commission

We are keen to speak to established recruitment consultants with experience within the construction market to join our team.
We are in expansion and on route to a great year, with company profits up 40% compared to last year; with that in mind, we are looking for recruitment consultants for the following positions:

1.Commercial & Technical – Inherit a warm freelance desk.
2.Commercial & Technical – Permanent desk
3.Interiors / Fit Out – Temp Desk (established desk, ready to take on a Freelance Consultant)

You will be working in a fun and collaborative environment and will be given the chance to progress into a management or BD role, depending on your own strengths and preferences. All our consultants are given a high–level of autonomy as well as the support to get where they want to be.
You will also be given the opportunity to influence internal processes and strategies and contribute in the overall development of the business.
