Kare Plus are looking for an exceptional candidate with Sales experience to join our Oldham branch. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of key areas within the branch Sales, business development and Training. The particular emphasis for this post will be on sales and business development. We support with the staffing in a variety of care settings including Nursing Homes, Learning Disability Units, Mental Health Units and Private Hospitals.

The main duties of the Recruitment Consultant role includes

  • Interviewing potential candidates via telephone and face to face
  • Developing new clients through proactive sales calls
  • Client visits with potential and existing clients
  • Consistently achieve sales targets
  • Striving to achieve revenue whilst adhering to the necessary quality assurance standards

What we are looking for in the successful candidate

  • Full UK driving licence
  • A friendly and warming personality
  • Experience within a sales based role
  • Experience within a similar recruitment role or a great understanding of the recruitment process
