An exciting opportunity has arisen with Key Care & Support for an experienced and ambitious Health Care Recruitment Consultant to develop our Client and Staff base in and around the Chester and Wrexham locations.
If you have at least 2 years Recruitment Sales experience within the Health Care Sector we want to hear from you!
Duties would include:
Fast and efficient placements of staff to meet the clients needs
Key account management- visiting clients- Developing relationships both face to face and over the phone
Cold Calls/ Drops ins to potential/ New Clients
General administration and other ad hoc duties as required including working closely with the Compliance and Recruitment team in Sourcing, interviewing, developing your staff base ad working to Compliance Guidelines at all times.
Maintenance of records and remaining compliant with legislation and contractual requirements
Continuous sales effort to develop the branch in designated markets
Re-sourcing information to create new opportunities
Dealing with initial complaints pro actively, including correct reporting and recording
Interviewing candidates via telephone and face-to-face
Business development and generating new clients
Assistance with the development of a recruitment strategy to match business needs

Recruitment/sales experience in Health Care is essential
