About the Role:

Strategic management end-to-end resourcing processes, ensuring internal and external best practice. Attract, recruit and retain the best talent into the business and manage key resourcing projects to deliver the resourcing AOP and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

-Raise the organisational resourcing capability through coaching and best practice knowledge sharing

-Strategic management of end-to-end resourcing delivery across functional area for GB, Ireland, and International business units

-Manage the Exit Interview process for functional area, capture appropriate data and provide quarterly insight back to the business

-Manage entry to senior level recruitment process with key stakeholders to ensure the right balance between direct hiring and agency/search

-Senior stakeholder engagement and leadership to ensure resourcing process compliance and recruitment support where requested/necessary

-Attend functional periodic/quarterly Exec meetings to engage, inspire and lead senior stakeholders

-Quarterly resource planning meetings with HRBPs to forecast volumes accurately and proactively resource (complete and submit Annual & Quarterly Resource Forecasts)

-Manage candidate ATS to capture all vacancy postings and hires to ensure 100% MI accuracy

-Partner with the HRBPs and wider HR function to ensure the provision of a seamless HR end-to-end service

-Manage internal resourcing and drive internal moves within function and cross-functional

-Define, establish and embed sourcing strategy to deliver optimum ROI and KPI results

-Supplier engagement and PSL management to maximise ROI and enhance third party relationships

-Ownership of advertising strategy for functional area and maximise ROI through measurement analytics and regular review

-Ensure the most appropriate assessment tools are utilised for recruiting the best talent in the market - regularly review (quality of hire measurement) and amend to ensure best in class

-Delivery of 100% Proof of Eligibility compliance

Team Management/People Development:

-Line Management of Resourcing Executives, which will include goal setting and review against achievement, work allocation across all functional areas.

-Programme management and direction setting for all key resourcing projects managed by the Resourcing Executives.

-Career development and coaching for the Resourcing Executives including assessment against core functional skills, training needs analysis and clear career paths mapped.


-Manage the implementation of key functional resourcing initiatives and projects within scope of the agreed resourcing strategy/AOP

Performance Measures:

-Group Resourcing efficiency and effectiveness as determined through objectives set via the BritvicGPS framework

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

-Experience of working within agency/RPO and in-house with a clear understanding of practices & techniques to maximise value from the resourcing portfolio of solutions

-Demonstrable experience of delivering into IT and Finance up to a senior level

-Consistent track-record for resourcing excellence delivery and high level KPI performance

-Cross functional project management/delivery within a fast-moving delivery focussed environment

-Experience of working within Annual Resource Planning cycle environment

-Interpretation and translation of functional resourcing needs into realistic attraction and selection strategies & campaigns

-Senior stakeholder management with demonstrable influencing & persuasion to deliver resourcing best practice

-Ability to spot opportunities and recommend changes in strategic direction

-Advanced planning and time management

-Core selection and assessment capability
