Job Title: Resourcing Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to attract and directly recruit the best possible sales associates and retail store supervisors into our stores across the UK and Ireland through proactive sourcing and accurate selection. Working closely with hiring managers to identify both current and future resourcing needs.

Main Responsibilities

Managing the full end to end recruitment cycle across specific regions in a fast paced environment
Ensure vacancies are advertised effectively using appropriate job boards
Screen CVs, contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System in a timely and accurate manner, keeping them informed on the process of their application ensuring a positive candidate experience
Answer any queries in relation to vacancies from candidates and Hiring Managers via both email and telephone
Facilitate and support at interview /assessment centres for recruitment events as required

The Person

Provide advice and guidance to the hiring manager
Screen CVs, contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
Manage relationships and expectations of hiring managers
Support the Resourcing Coordinators as required to work towards Key Performance Indicators
Be approachable, engaging, resilient, organised, motivated, articulate and professional

Technical Skills

Ability to influence positively
Able to work independently to deadlines, at pace and under pressure with confidence whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
Excellent administration and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge and understanding of recruitment
