The Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Salary: ??22,000 to ??30,000 (DOE)
Due to exciting growth plans, we're now looking to hire several passionate and service driven Recruitment Consultants into the team. We're looking for consultants with experience in the following industry:
- Financial Services
We're based in Leeds City, but are open to remote working consultants who are experienced as Financial Services recruiters and are confident they can hit the ground running. All equipment and systems will be provided to you, as well as a company laptop and iPhone.
Victoria Recruitment was established in January 2018 and have rapidly grown due to the success of the team here and the reinvestment of profits. We have quickly become a go-to specialist for all business and corporate support functions, within growing and reputable businesses across the UK.
We have developed clear strategic plans to continue our growth over the coming years and are looking to hire further consultants to support and become responsible for this. Ultimately, we're looking to expand and take further market share within our specialisms.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for experienced consultants. As you'll be needed to hit the ground running within the business whilst taking lead of your own markets and desks. It's important that you have experience or a strong understanding of the Financial Services industry, from a recruitment perspective.
It's also important that you're a confident communicator, willing and able to speak to people of all levels, from junior candidates, through to senior stakeholders in global companies. You'll need to truly consult both candidates and clients.
Finally, we're looking for people with a strong business acumen, you'll need to have a real desire for identifying and winning new business, the ability to think outside the box and keep your 'foot on the pedal' and finally, you'll need to be financially motivated.
