consultancy+ is Reed's specialist consultancy business, offering clients the opportunity to access specialist skills to help solve real business challenges. We offer consultancy services across a number of business areas, including: HR, Finance, Marketing, IT & Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing business as a Principal Consultant, based out of our London office in Victoria.
This role would suit someone with 1-2 years experience as a Recruitment Consultancy/Recruiting Sales, enjoys the sales aspect of recruitment and is seeking a move into the world of Business Development.
As part of this role, you will undertake proactive Business Development by calling prospective clients and businesses nationwide, whilst producing Statement of Work (SoW) for new projects and offering project support & Governance including, tracking and reporting on progress - working on client sites regularly to support the delivery of projects. You will be attending regular client board meetings for project updates & approval for new project phases, as well as new consultant and client coordination (including on-boarding and compliance) in partnership with our Resourcing Desk.
You will regularly undertake travel to Client sites and UK Reed offices - developing the Reed network to identify potential clients for consultancy+ and attend events to network and represent Consultancy+ and ensuring effective follow up on potential leads.
- Previous 360 Recruitment Consultant experience in any discipline
- Strong Presentation skills
- Driven and self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at senior level
- Demonstrate experience of developing and managing relationships
