Who we are
Sanderson's Manchester office celebrated 5 years in the city earlier in the year. Providing high quality recruitment services, through our 4 practices (IT, Business Change, Digital and Finance). Deeply engrained in the local talent community, the team can often be found attending tech/change meet ups and events, and are encouraged to work closely to understand their market. Our culture is all about collaboration, team work and celebrating success.
They're now seeking a recruitment professional to resource our existing clients and build their own portfolio of predominantly financial services clients.
We are a small, close knit office with some high quality recruiters. We get on well, leave egos at the door and genuinely care about the success of our colleagues. We believe whole heartedly that our consultants should be immersed in the field that they recruit in, love attending events and spending time with our clients to understand their proposition.
The opportunity is for a rounded recruiter, who has ability of generating new business (and filling it) to join the team. You'll be given the freedom to generate your own business as well as enjoy managing the whole candidate journey from inception to delivery. We also want you to enjoy being here!
Who you are
If you're an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of successfully building your own portfolio of new businesses in your chosen field then this is the opportunity for you.
You may currently be working in the IT or Digital space in the Manchester region and seeking a new environment where you can make your mark.
Alternatively, you could be a successful recruiter in another field, with a desire to apply your skills to IT/Digital within a region of the UK offering the most aggressive growth market in technology. You'll benefit from strong leadership, boasting a wealth of expertise in the IT/Digital recruitment industry.
Whatever your area of expertise, you'll already possess:-
- Recruitment experience in a white collar/professional services environment, ideally IT/Digital
- A creative approach to resourcing outside of the traditional methods, including head hunting, seeking referrals.
- Proven experience in strategic business development
- Excellent relationship building skills, across all levels, both internally and externally
- Full, clean driving license
You're known for your professional approach and you don't need KPI's to motivate you to achieve your goals.
