We are looking for a caring and hard-working professional to take the reins of our North region of the UK.
Aurora are a specialist within the social care. Operating as a small and care focused consultancy, we provide tailored permanent and agency recruitment solutions to a variety of private, not for profit and statutory organisations across the UK within the social care sector.
We care deeply for our clients and candidates needs and reflect this with an honest and reliable to service to both. Our consultants aspire to deliver the best professional service possible with a real focus on customer service, building relationships and building an excellent reputation.
Our office is based in the business district, located in Birmingham city centre, offering excellent view of the city and situated in the heart of the recruitment world of Birmingham.
Within this dynamic, 360 role you will be taking care of our current clients and candidates as well as pushing growth within the region.

More about the role:
  • You will be recruiting and sourcing qualified social worker professionals for a range of contract and permanent positions that we currently have live.
  • You will be establishing and growing relationships with all our clients and candidates
  • You will be looking at developing the region, making contact with new prospective clients
In order to be eligible for the role you must:
  • Have experience as a recruitment consultant
  • Preferably have experience within the care sector
  • Be able to commute freely to Birmingham city centre
