Recruitment Consultant - Interim Management

We are proud to be part of the B-Corp movement, people using business as a force for good.We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Senior Appointments team, to focus on Interim appointments. The team works alongside our Executive Search team providing an alternative approach to the recruitment of c-suite roles such as Director and CEO posts. This team has historically focused on permanent posts, but we see huge opportunity in the interim market.Our intention is to bring a new consultant on to the Senior Appointments team who is 'contract/interims' minded. You will bring your expertise of running an interims/contractors or temps desk and understand the approach needed to network with professional interims, and understand the various pay mechanisms available. This is an exciting time to join us and spearhead our journey into the interims market.The sector we work in is extremely diverse; two roles are rarely the same, which gives a level of interest which few other sectors can match. Experience of the beyond profit sector would be useful but we are really looking for people who love to learn. You would certainly not be alone with incredible knowledge around you in our almost 70 strong organisation. There is no ceiling to the seniority of roles worked - allowing you to develop your knowledge across all senior posts.This is a great opportunity for a consultant running a temps desk to progress to more senior level recruitment or for someone returning to work.The consultants in our team do not work on individual commission; instead, we offer an attractive salary and a bonus scheme.
