Working hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week
Course entry requirements: GCSE Maths and English at a grade C/4 or above are essential.

My client are a 360 agency who specialise in IT, software and digital recruitment. They are well established and have a big following of clients who have opened up a number of jobs. They work with businesses across the whole of the North West and Yorkshire, many of which are big names you'll be familiar with, others are slightly smaller and looking to grow their tech teams.

They are looking for Resourcers who will start off in a 180 role which means you'll be focused solely on the candidate side to start off with. You'll work closely with our Recruitment Manager helping her fill roles across a number of key accounts.

Job duties and responsibilities:
- Posting job vacancies
- Sourcing candidates and CVs
- Attending business meetings
- Working on social media
- Marketing and advertising companies and job roles
- Speaking to candidates and clients over the phone
- General administration duties
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent customer service
- Previous experience working on the phones
- Sales knowledge
- Good IT skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Spreadsheets
- Hardworking and a desire to succeed
- Money motivated
- Career Focussed
