Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our healthcare desks. You will be joining an exceptionally high quality care agency with over 17 years experience. The company is looking to expand and grow and a Senior Recruitment Consultant would be at the core of this. Recruitment is a fast paced sales role. It is an ideal career choice for bright individuals that are enjoy dealing with a wide variety of people and are excited by the idea of closing deals and making commission. Here at Sensible Staffing we are looking for highly ambitious, career minded Consultants.

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who has a minimum of 3 years experience working within a Recruitment or Sales environment. We currently have a hot desk ready for the perfect candidate with clients and shifts available. Your role will involve speaking to candidates, working with our highly experienced compliance team to make sure your candidates are working legally, speaking to clients, booking candidates into shifts and most of all making money. You have a great opportunity to grow at Sensible Staffing.

The Role

* Contacting candidates offering work opportunities

* Undertaking face to face registrations and helping the compliance desk

* Filling bookings

* Generating new business leads and developing your accounts

* Arranging and attending client meetings

* Account management and building strong relationships with candidates and clients

* Monday - Thursday (phone number removed) and Friday (phone number removed)

Person Specification

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to multi task

* Team player

* Previous recruitment/marketing experience is preferred but not essential

* A positive, friendly and enthusiastic individual who is willing to go the extra mile


* ??55,000 OTE
