SAP Recruitment Consultant
DSR Global is hiring highly motivated recruitment consultants to capitalise on new opportunities in our market. We specialise in SAP technology and the industry is going through a big change as SAP rolls out a brand new technology platform and apps.
All the big brands in world business use SAP, from international fashion labels such as Adidas and Burberry to high end manufacturers such as McLaren and Dyson.
We provide both freelance and permanent SAP candidates to our customers for their IT projects and business transformation programmes.
You will be expected to develop, grow and manage your own portfolio of clients. If you don’t like 360 recruitment, this is the place for you! You’ll be supported by a team of resourcers who will help in finding the best candidates in the market.
How we work
Our recruitment style is consultative and professional while delivering a responsive and competitive service to our clients. You will get your own LinkedIn premium account and full use of our extensive database of SAP professionals. With over 10 years exclusively in SAP means our database is rich in SAP clients and candidates and not diluted by other IT skillsets.
The office environment is fast-paced, rewarding and fun. Client visits, to both the UK and Europe, are strongly encouraged. Two of our staff recently attended SAP’s flagship annual conference in Orlando in May.

Our salaries are negotiable with the potential to earn upwards of £100k per annum. We are also happy to match your current remuneration during the first 6 months so you have time to build a pipeline. Our commission scheme is uncapped and we also offer bonuses and a healthcare scheme.

We are looking for candidates who should:
- be degree educated with an excellent work ethic or
- have at least 2 years’ experience in recruitment
- have a successful track record in B2B sales or a telesales environment
Due to the nature of the SAP marketplace and our customer base, European business experience, cultural exposure or European languages are nice to have but not essential.
