We have an exciting and new opportunity for an experience contract recruiter to join an ever-growing IT and digital recruitment agency as a Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant.

Based in the heart of Birmingham, you'll join a family run business who have been established over 10 years. Our client specialises in creating long term relationships with their clients and candidates alike, our client strives to excel in every aspect of their business with a determination to succeed. They provide outstanding permanent and contract Mobile and Digital professionals across strategy and leadership, development life-cycle and delivery.

The role

In your new role as the Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process. Working in a fast-paced environment you will be resilient and focused. Your main focus as the Senior Contract Recruiter will be to build solid working relationships with their clients and candidates. You will still be required to develop business when needed. In this role you'll be working on project management roles such as:

  • Scrum Masters
  • Business Analysts
  • Product Managers

This role would be suitable for an experience recruiter looking for less sales and more relationship building.

The ideal candidate must be approachable and friendly with a knack for building relationships with clients and candidates. A year's recruitment experience is a must within the IT, digital or a similar sector with an understanding of the sector's complexities. A knowledge of the local market is preferable. You must have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment and have proven experience of working on a contract desk.
