Job Title; Recruitment Consultant - Temporary Division
Shift; Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm - core hours
Location; Blaby, Leicestershire
Jacob Thomas Associates are excited to announce we are recruiting in our Temporary Division. We're seeking a confident and motivated Consultant to join our established team.
The successful individual will play an integral part of servicing our existing client-base by managing a warm Industrial/Commercial desk.

The Recruitment Consultant Role;
* Advertise vacancies worked and manage applicants
* Resource and screen candidates ensuring they meet the job specification
* Conduct Site Inductions ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and candidates are briefed fully on opportunities available
* Ensuring each candidate is compliant and has the relevant documentation stored onto the internal system
* Service and Account Manage multiple clients to ensure they receive the recruitment support they require at all time
* Consult with clients to provide market insights, guidance and support where needed
* Attend Service Visits at the client's premises, therefore a Full UK Driving Licence will be required for this role as traveling to various locations within the East Midlands will be required
Our Ideal Recruitment Consultant Candidate;
* A confident communicator with the tenacity and drive to drive tasks to completion
* Account Management experience would be desirable however not essential
* Proficient in Microsoft packages
* Full Uk Driving Licence
