The role holder will deliver day to day recruitment activity in line with Company Recruitment Principles and policy. As part of the Resourcing team, they will support the Resourcing Advisers and Resourcing Manager to provide the business with expertise and guidance to maximise resourcing opportunities.
Ensuring day to day recruitment campaigns are run efficiently, accurately and on time whilst managing customer expectations
Providing clear communication, expert advice and guidance to hiring manager for running internal and external recruitment
Handling enquires from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Operating effectively within and adhering to governance
Reviewing processes to ensure they are customer centric and efficient
Running recruitment campaigns using the e-recruitment system
Producing resourcing metrics to senior managers when required
Ensuring recruitment activities are adding value to the business by working with external providers to ensure suitable advertising and selection methods are used
Work effectively with external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies and frameworks to ensure effective recruitment
Working collaboratively across the team and organisation to deliver projects that support and enable business transformation
CIPD membership (or working towards)
