We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing contract recruitment team in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of our industrial/construction blue collar contract desk. Initially setting up and growing the area, then recruiting for the team and managing the division's success.

The Role:

Join our senior sales team, growing a new division through the development of existing client relationships and introducing ATA's recruitment services to relevant companies within our marketspace.
You will inherit x 2 key accounts, which have historically had up to 20 heads out, with a view to grow this substantially through identifying recruitment need in other areas of the business.
Growing a network of relevant candidates and conducting both telephone and face to face interviews with them.
Growing a sufficient Client base to generate vacancies - both through new business development and the utilisation of our extensive database.
Client visits.
Networking to build up strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
The ability/desire to eventually mentor and develop Trainee Recruitment Consultants to grow the division.

Highly competitive.

Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to converse and empathise with a broad range of individuals.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and continue to deliver in constantly changing environments.
Must be a self-starter, show initiative, faces all challenges and problems with a sense of responsibility and self-management.

Role Requirements:

Previous industrial recruitment experience on a temp/contract desk.
Proven track record of success in a similar role.
Strong customer service ethic.
Highly literate and numerate.
Excellent telephone manner and work rate.
