Due to growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our small and experienced team. The Role
Typical duties will include:
* Operating within the property market and alongside our founding director, you'll manage the full 360??? recruitment process and will be responsible for building your own business, within our business.
* Business Development, promoting Joshua Robert within the property industry and building long-standing relationships based on trust and delivery.
* Sourcing candidates for live job opportunities using a variety of methodologies.
* Networking with prospective employers and potential job seekers.
* Registering new candidates & vacancies - telephone calls and face-to-face meetings.
* Providing expert market knowledge.
* Arranging interviews and taking feedback from candidates after interviews.
* Keeping up to date with industry news.
* Writing your own content for social media channels.
The Candidate
We would like you to have at least 2/3 years' experience working within recruitment with an excellent track record of results. It's crucial you have a genuine hunger to be successful and a passion to develop your own career. That's why we place the upmost importance on training and development from the day you start with us.
