Jobs a good'n!

This is the more formal part - (But it's important so read on)

The purpose of the role is to increase apprenticeship placements and build relationships with new employers, promoting the services offered through effective sales techniques, achieving, as a minimum, the daily & monthly targets for outgoing calls to candidates and clients. You will be assisting Apprentices with their search for placements and support them throughout their Apprenticeship journey. You will ensure candidates are fully briefed on the employer and the opportunity prior to interview and to obtain their feedback post interview and provide constructive feedback obtained from the employer.

This is a very rewarding role for the right individual who will be able to build a rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike and be confident in liaising with young people. You may be asked to represent the organisation at careers fairs and networking events from time to time and therefore you should be professional with a smart business appearance.

You will ideally be dynamic, forward thinking and entrepreneurial, have at least 1 years' continuous experience in a targeted sales role, preferably for a Government-funded training organisation or related to apprenticeship placement schemes. Experience of building new client relationships from self-generated leads is advantageous but not essential. In return we offer a very competitive package and commission scheme with expenses.

We will keep your information on our database and will be in touch should other suitable opportunities become available.
