There will be an opportunity to spend time with our affiliate offices in Dubai and Washington DC.
We urgently seek motivated and passionate people to join our London office recruitment team based in Chingford E4 as part of our Bright Minds programme where you will be mentored and guided to a great career . We are right by Highams Park over ground station. We are offering flexible hours but you will have a responsibility to deliver sales in our temping or permanent divisions .
This role would suit an enthusiastic, energetic, team player who has an excellent administration skill and who owns the phone when speaking to clients and applicants.
The Role
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Prepare applicants for interview and place these to fill client requirements
• Be prepared to cold call clients to open up accounts to be serviced
• Administrate a busy desk , working in a logical as well as methodical way
• Be ethical in your approach
What you must have:
• Experience in a selling role
• The ability to work to deadlines and manage a busy workload with competing priorities
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to be a good team player, flexible, willing and with a positive, can-do attitude;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Initiative and good judgement.
• Computer skills and experience in EXCEL databases
It would be ideal to have
• Worked in the recruitment sector ;
• Worked in office based telephone sales team
• Have social media experience
