Our client based West of the City is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The preferred candidate will have a background in agency recruitment.

Duties include:

* Actively identify new opportunities through market intelligence and on-going discussions with both clients and candidates.

* On-going communication with OBDM to highlight/discuss business development opportunities with existing clients.

* Manage enquiries from start to finish - proactively involved from initial negotiations to close-out.

* In liaison with OBDM undertake on-going client contact to establish current and future requirements.

* Proactive account management involving regular client meetings and discussions

* Regular consultant contact, involving face-to-face meetings where possible.

* Job update on websites as required.

* Advertise positions as required.

* Daily communication with OBDM and other members of the Recruitment Team.

* Liaison with the Finance/Contracts team as required.

Duties include:

* Previous experience of technical recruitment - preferably in drilling/well engineering roles.

* Strong organisational and administrative skills.

* Experience using Bullhorn ATS/CRM is desirable but not essential.
