The position

We are expanding our team and looking to recruit self-motivated Recruitment Consultants with strong sales and relationship building skills to succeed in our Northampton Head Office. FRS offers a flexible working environment and work /life balance, along with a market leading commission structure, excellent benefits and incentives.

Skills and experience required

In order to be considered for a job at FRS, you will ideally have previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant or alternatively a strong background in a relevant sales role.

To be successful you will need to run a profitable desk and achieve business objectives through successfully matching individuals to the right jobs and building closer long-term Client relationships. The position requires you to maintain a client base of new and existing clients in order to manage the recruitment process effectively.
