A leading and international Management Consultancy based in Central London are recruiting for a Resourcing Manager to join their team. As Resourcing Manager, you will work across multiple countries (based in London) and will be responsible for (but not limited to):

On-boarding

Working closely with local offices and relevant departments to make sure logistics are in place and systems up to date when a new joiner arrives

Working closely with local HR to make sure new joiners are invited to local induction programs

Organizing onboarding day

Identifying any work permit issues and working with relevant departments to solve

Resourcing

Managing deployment of employees across allocated geographies and coordinating with rest of the resourcing team

Producing an accurate view of resourcing status'

Monitoring and adjusting staffing priorities on the basis of local and regional supply and demand

Escalating on an as-needed basis to management team to discuss and resolve resourcing issues and prioritization

Balancing needs of business to deploy staff across the geography with any individual constraints whilst also supporting development

Maintaining an understanding of needs, past successes and global processes and policies to ensure the requests are handled appropriately

Working closely with finance to ensure alignment between resourcing and time and billing

Developing strong relationships with consulting teams and alerting HR Manager when issues arise

Career management and performance review

Training

Ensuring consultants are registered to relevant training programs

Balancing the business needs and scheduled trainings in order to make sure consultants have time to attend mandatory trainings

Transfer such as working closely with HR Manager and local offices and facilitating the transfer of consultants when needed

Exit process such as running exit process when someone is resigning

As the Resourcing Manager, you will possess:

Minimum 5 years operating in a Resourcing role

Experience working in an international environment

Strong academics, to degree level
