Permanent People are working closely with a small recruitment agency with a passion for the care sector. Their compassionate, dedicated and knowledgeable team has allowed them to tailor their approach to best suit the needs of their clients and candidates and therefore develop strong, long-lasting relationships.
They pride themselves on providing experiences and services which are consistently delivered with passion, professionalism and high quality. They are currently looking for a considerate healthcare recruitment consultant to join their reliable and diligent team.
The Role:
You will be expected to liaise with clients, managing existing relationships and building new ones. As well as develop your own pool of qualified candidates and ensure they meet the needs and requirements of your clients.
You will find candidates by writing job advertisements and posting it on the relevant job boards as well as telephone screening them to ensure they are right. So being able to communicate effectively and build relationships is essential to this role.

Ideal Candidate:
  • At least 6 months recruitment experience in any sector
  • Knowledge of working within the healthcare/education sector
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for your clients and candidates
