An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Resourcing and HR Operations team.

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable professional to join our team as a resourcing officer, This position plays a key role in the delivery of the Trust's recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for the resourcing processes for 2 of our divisions supporting managers with resourcing queries and supporting candidates through their recruitment journey.

The successful post holder will have experience of managing the recruitment process end to end; be proficient in the use of TRAC, NHS Jobs, And ESR; and advising managers on policy and procedure. Knowledge of NHS Employers regulations is highly desirable as is the ability to organise and prioritise comprehensive workload and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
