Kare Plus Blackburn/Burnley are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant within its Blackburn branch. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved a variety of different areas including training, sales and business development. We support with staffing in a variety of care settings including , Residential Homes, Nursing Homes and Homecare. The main duties of the Recruitment Consultant role includes

* Head hunting identifying exceptional candidates, some of who may already be in work, to meet the relevant service or client requirements,

* Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies

* Organising Interviews and selection events

* Working with the organisation to utilise/job boards/social media etc. to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;

* using candidate databases to fulfil more vacancies or shifts;

* Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies

* Management of whole recruitment process

* Developing new clients through proactive sales calls

* Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract new business and new clients whilst developing existing.

* Client visits with existing clients and new clients

* Consistently achieve sales targets

* Striving to achieve revenue whilst adhering to the necessary quality assurance standards

* Attend client sales meetings and networking events Sales and business development

* Adhere to office systems/processes and quality standards as directed; take part in the business on-call and in line with the requirements of the business.

What we are looking for in the successful candidate

* Full UK driving licence

* A friendly and warming personality

* Excellent telephone manner

* Experience of recruitment (within the healthcare profession)

* Experience within a sales based role

* Ability to establish and maintain effective and strong working relationships

* Demonstrable experience of working in resourcing or recruitment

* Ability to remain calm, positive and to work under pressure with professionalism, motivation and enthusiasm
