A long standing client of ours, with an incredible success and growth story, are further looking to expand with the appointment of a senior perms recruiter!
Some very exciting changes have been made over the past 12 months to allow substantial growth within this already super successful consultancy- recognised as UK's leading supplier of locum staff into the public sector. With this reputation, there is huge potential for a proven perms recruiter to join the business and immediately get to work on several instructions, whilst continuing to build the division.
The agency works at an unprecedented rate of filling between 50-100 bookings per day PER CONSULTANT, and with those requirements, comes a fair share of permanent vacancies, that the new hire would have absolute monopoly over. Recruiting across pharmacy, nursing, care and optometry, you will have a huge pool of contacts to tap into to to build relationships on the perms side, whilst further driving the brand forward through new business, networking and leveraging existing relationships.
Although you will have plenty to get working on immediately, this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced recruiter who still has tons of ambition, drive and hunger to take more of an ownership role within a business. You will want to see the division grow and want to do everything within your power to make that happen.
You will be working side by side with the Managing Director, who is very much present and active within the office, leading by example and inspiring the team to be passionate about what they do. The MD's forte is new business, networking, winning new contracts and working with consultants to ensure those contarcts are as profitable and well-serviced as possible. It would be ideal for a like-minded recruiter to join so that they and the MD can bounce ideas around for the further growth of the business.
Once the division is running smoothly, the new hire would have a huge say in growing their own team of perm recruiters, and will have overall say over how the division operates.

I am looking for:
  • 2 years minimum perms recruitment experience- ideally within healthcare verticals
  • Proven billing experience
  • Strong business development skills for both new and existing business
  • Real ambition and the desire to work hard to achieve goals
