We are seeking a confident European Recruitment Administrator to join our Healthcare Recruitment team in Pudsey, Leeds.
The ideal candidate will have some previous sales or recruitment experience, although full training can be provided. Good admin and organisational skills are essential, as is a good telephone manner. An understanding of the healthcare industry would be beneficial.
Fluency in at least one other European language is essential as the job includes speaking with applicants from within the European Union.
The main duties of the role will include:
* Resourcing and contacting job seekers from within the EU
* Screening and checking the suitability of applicants
* Organising telephone or Skype interviews
* Collecting all relevant documentation and references
* Creating travel plans and finding accommodation
* Assisting with questions and enquiries
* Ensuring all data is accurate and uploaded correctly on to our management system
* Ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date
* Maintaining a high level of customer service
* General administration
Key skills and experiences:
* Fluent in at least one European language
* High level of English
* Previous recruitment or Admin experience is preferred
* Good organisational skills
* A good telephone manner
* A friendly, polite demeanour
* A good team player, who can also work well alone
Salary is is ??18,000 - ??22,000 based on qualifications and experience
