To drive our next phase of growth we are now looking to hire retail sector experienced recruiters with high-potential for future growth. We are looking for individuals that share our long-term approach to recruitment and are passionate about building long-standing relationships with clients and candidates. You will be an excellent communicator that can display evidence of investing time into developing key relationships and how you differentiate yourself from others. Your track record of success to-date is important but of more vital importance is your approach to recruitment and being able to provide tangible evidence of adding value to our clients and candidates.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Sector experience to-date requiring good track record and exceptional customer service ability
  • Graduate with a good degree
  • Naturally strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You must be exceptionally well organised with great planning skills
  • Be able to work in Central London
  • Be highly self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Embrace a sales and service driven role with financial targets and goals
  • Genuine open and honest character and personality
