A management and recruitment consultancy based in Wembley, North West London is looking to appoint two Recruitment Consultants. You will be managing either the interim or permanent team, ensuring our projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Reporting to a Senior Consultant, you will manage either permanent & non-executive director or interim appointments at CE, Director and Head of Service level, for a wide range of clients. The role will include a 10% bonus.

Core Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a small team, ensuring processes, systems and document templates are in place to deliver a high-quality executive level recruitment service.

* Responsible for the growth and sourcing of new talent for our team's wide range of roles using advertising, networking, marketing and social media tools.

* Taking detailed briefs from clients to enable effective management and delivery of recruitment assignments.

* Develop and maintain constructive relationships with a range of clients.

* Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely raising and processing of invoices.

* Ensure the FileFinder database is maintained and used consistently, to enable the effective delivery of all recruitment projects.

* Attend targeted internal and external events/meetings where necessary, to network, promote our services and gain insight into industry developments.

* Assist with the development and delivery of a strategy for new business.

* Keep track of the competition and new recruitment methods/tools that can be used to enhance our offer.

* Work closely with colleagues within the organisation, sharing expertise which can be used to generate business opportunities across consultancy and recruitment.

Skills and Experience:

* Degree level education or equivalent knowledge and understanding through experience.

* Substantial experience of recruitment, either in-house or within recruitment agencies (preferably at executive level).

* Experience of developing processes and systems to enhance service delivery.

* Solid experience of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

* Experience of handling numerical/information data sets.

* Experience of managing a range of projects simultaneously, achieving consistently high standards of delivery within deadlines and budgets.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively

* Good written English, with the ability to express oneself clearly and succinctly

* Articulate and confident telephone style, able to maintain professional relationships

* Good standard of numeracy

* Ability to design clear and attractive documents

* Ability to work with large sets of Excel data

* Able to input data accurately and maintain office data systems

* Experience of managing teams effectively

* Able to communicate professionally with a diverse range of contacts
