Direct Sourcing Coordinator/Buying Admin/Project Admin

Due to a recent internal promotion, our client is now looking for an experienced administrator who has very strong analytical skills.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Head of Global Sourcing as well as the buying team to help source their products and range direct with international manufacturers. This is a fast paced role working within a motivated team who recognises rewards and success.
You will help to develop our clients own brand products and manage the existing portfolio of own brand products. You will work closely with a team of international suppliers and agents as well as the internal teams such as buying, supply chain, Artwork/Packaging, Marketing and Ecommerce.
The role requires key strengths in Project Management, communication across all levels, and some product knowledge. You will have full accountability for the running of your own projects and targets.
You will be a good all rounder who is happy processing and dealing with suppliers who tend to be abroad. You will therefore be confident in speaking to them. There is quite a lot of input work of data onto spreadsheets so intermediate Excel level is a must.
