Optima Staffing Solutions is a premier health and social care recruitment agency including temporary, contracted, locum, and permanent positions. We supply Nurses (RMNs, RGNs, and RNLDs) and Health Care Assistants with varied experience (mental health, general medicine, nursing homes, rehabilitation wards) to health and social care providers in public and private/independent sectors.

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant/ Accounts manager with 360 experience to join our team.

Job Description:

* Business Development and management of clients portfolio

* Resourcing new candidates and new clients

* Developing and managing relationship with clients

* Booking candidates to work and managing the booking process

* Undertaking compliance duties such as requesting certain documents to prove right to work and legitimacy of profession from candidates, Chase outstanding documents that may be missing from a candidates profile, Requesting new documents such as certificates or training qualifications when they are due to expire, Communicate training service times and dates to candidates, Devise emails to candidates to notify them of changes in their application packs

Key Skills:

* Excellent Communications skills

* Experience using job boards to resource candidates

* Advanced Microsoft office skills with an ability to become familiar with the firm's-specific programs and software

* Excellent written maths and English skills

* Able to work well and get along with people of all social segments

Previous experience in compliance in a Healthcare Recruitment environment is essential for this job
