ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to growth plans we are looking for forward-thinking 360-degree Recruitment Consultants interested in joining a fast-growing and innovative organisation. You will be specialising in placing individuals in to either permanent roles or contract/temporary roles. You will be expected to build a client base from scratch so you must have lots of drive and ambition. You will have at least 3 years' plus solid business development experience in Recruitment with evidence of success. We are open to your sector background.

Main responsibilities include:

* Driving new business sales and maximising opportunities by building and developing long term relationships based on great service and giving the best advice.

* Attending client networking events.

* Fully understand your clients' and candidates' needs and building long term relationships.

* Establishing the position of a market specialist and trusted advisor through deep sector knowledge and a straight forward approach.

* Booking and attending client and candidate meetings across the Home Counties and London areas.

* Managing the relevant databases and ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to provide a consistently excellent service.

* Network and advertise on job boards and social media to reach potential candidates.

* Identify key candidate skills to match appropriately with vacancies.

* Provide ongoing account management to current clients.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Base salary is dependent on experience. Uncapped commission is offered.

Core Hours - 8.30am-5.30pm with flexible hours offered

We are based in new offices on Croxley Business Park with an on-site caf??, gym, courtyards and a nursery.

Transport: Free car parking on site, free shuttle bus service from/to Croxley Business Park and Watford Junction station and Watford underground station
