We cover temporary and permanent recruitment and are currently looking for a Permanents consultant to join the team.

The role of a Permanents recruitment consultant is a SALES role.

The desk on offer covers the recruitment of all non- qualified, part qualified and qualified by experienced Accountants. The role presents a one of a kind, carte blanche opportunity to win any new business which falls within our postcode area, as well as grow and retain current client relationships.

This desk covers clients across the whole of Hammersmith, Notting Hill, Shepherd's Bush, White City and West and North Kensington..

As well as sales the role also involves the following:

Making sales calls to active, prospective and target clients
The ability to write articulate, enthusiastic and gramatically accurate sales material to our clients
Building relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
Negotiating with clients
Resourcing for job vacancies by meeting candidates on a face to face basis
Meeting with clients
Writing job specifications
Spotting opportunities for short, medium and long term wins.
Maintaining a high quality database which allows you to quickly and actively seek out business
Ad-hoc duties

Ideally I would like candidates with recruitment or resourcing experience, or you will have at least worked in a 360 sales role previously.

Whilst not essential, as comprehensive training is given, a basic understanding of Accountancy offers you an advantage in terms of your credibility in the market.

To succeed in recruitment you certainly need sales ability, tenacity, a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed. You should be able to deliver professional and credible verbal and written communication to both candidates and clients.

It would also suit a graduate with a hunger to succeed and a drive to earn money.

It is a rewarding and fast paced environment, you need to be driven to consistently exceed KPI targets. Most of the role of a consultant is talking on the phone, you need confidence with the ability to listen and deliver a high quality service to candidates and clients.
