We are working in partnership with a true executive recruitment specialist that provides retained recruitment services to the legal profession. Their approach is based entirely upon in-depth research and analysis to identify the very best candidates for law Firms and legal teams. The focus is on high-end projects - usually with strategic requirements, which are often difficult to fill. These are senior level roles with fees ranging from ??35k to ??80k. Their clients range from leading regional organisations and boutique law firms to leading international legal practices based in the UK, US and Asia. The ambition is to be the go-to executive search firm when a law firm has decided to hire a senior role.

Our client is a true specialist boutique business with a first-class reputation for the executive search solutions they provide, they are now looking to grow and develop a specialist team.
The heart of the role is centred on the identification and short listing of suitable legal professionals, typically at partner level, and then making professional approaches by telephone to engage and develop interest with those on the shortlist. Retained assignments are typically in the compensation range of ??150k- ??400k. It is critical that you are confident in making verbal contact with senior level executives, they won't bite, and often the more senior the role, the more receptive they are. You will receive a great deal of guidance and training when at shortlisting stage, to ensure you are on the right track. Commission is earned as a percentage of the placement fee. There is no business development in this role, it is 100% focused on candidate delivery.
Training & Development
You will learn and develop directly alongside the Managing Director, who is a time served expert within International Executive Search to the legal professional. Not only will you learn about the legal sector, you will also be trained in a highly structured manner about the recruitment process, focusing on the delivery aspect of search. This is an opportunity not to miss.
You will be articulate and driven to achieve high standards and high earnings in your career - you just need that chance? Ideally you will have 18 months commercial experience of phone based business activity, having worked in a commercial environment. You will be highly IT literate, be confident in your ability to conduct research and be very familiar in using CRM's and IoT as part of your daily work flow. You will be hungry for career advancement and be competitive by nature with a "cando" attitude. It is important that you can demonstrate excellence in either a professional or personal capacity.
c??20k-??25k basic with uncapped commission, paid monthly, first year earnings can range anywhere between ??45k-??60k.
