Role Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Basingstoke

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 or part time (flexible)

Package: ??18,000 - ??20,000 plus ??500 quarterly bonus; pension; extensive benefits package including significant retail, entertainment, fitness, and holiday discounts.

My client, a growing niche recruitment specialising the data sector and technical arenas is looking for recruitment consultants to work their warm desks and inbound roles delivered by the BD areas of the business.

The role is to deliver research and sourcing services to support the recruitment function.

Your role is to proactively seek and develop an in depth understanding of their core services subject matter. This position is responsible for researching and identifying candidates to meet the requirements for identified roles with clients.

Typical Responsibilities

* Identify and engage the candidate market for this role.

* Feed intelligence and learns to the business for value adds.

* Use internal CRM to update as required for this role

* Communicate diligently and honestly with candidates throughout recruitment process.

* Engage with industry via digital channels by sharing jobs, insights and relevant content.

Professional Experience

* Some experience of database use.

* Good general business IT and digital skills.

* Experience of using LinkedIn to maintain a relevant network of professional contacts.

* Comfortable engaging with new people over the phone or face to face.

Personality Traits

* Considerate and empathetic to other people's situations.

* Comfortable working as part of a team with a strong culture of sharing their successes.

* Continually questions to improve understanding, and willing to try new ways of working.

* Comfortable researching information heavy and broad subjects.
