Our client are a large public sector organisation, a market leader in their field and are looking for a experienced Resourcing Co-ordinator to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate.
Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and manage the recruitment administration within a busy recruitment team, particularly with reference to interview booking and scheduling as well as room booking. You will also be looking to deal with meet and greet, documentation packs and other supporting activities. You will liaise with stakeholders both internal and external when necessary.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the end to end interviewing booking process for a high volume of open vacancies, ensuring candidates and hiring managers have experience of the interview process. You will keep various Excel trackers up to date so that data can be extracted for reporting purposes and there is a record of all interviews booked. You will verify candidate Right to Work documentation and store documentation in line with GDPR, print off interviewer assessment packs and manage activities associated with travel for the recruitment team, You will also attend and participate in and minute meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Recruitment professional and have extensive experience of recruitment best practice principles and procedures.
