About the role:
Our Client Partners are key members of our Resourcing Services team, ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of client campaigns. You’ll be managing all aspects of client service delivery and candidate management. You will be working with big names like Unilever, GSK, Mars, Morrison’s and PwC; supported on a day to day basis by an experienced team. No two campaigns are the same, so you’ll have new areas of challenge every day.  You will:

  • own the client relationships, working directly with inhouse recruitment teams
  • work at an operational level, ensuring all SLAs are met
  • be responsible for all key aspects of project management
  • work with our award-winning Applicant Tracking System tool, Ambertrack and our Technical Operations team, to understand system requirements
  • produce pipeline reports and analysis, run weekly client pipeline meetings

About you:
You might have experience of RPO or other recruitment environments. You’ll understand the dynamics of client relationship management and the importance of superior service delivery. You might have experience of managing and delivering recruitment and selection projects or similar; ideally within a high-volume environment using online recruitment systems.  You’ll need to be an excellent Project Manager, with superb team and client management skills, able to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.  You will also need to have commercial / budget management experience, with the ability to manage contract fulfilment against budget and able to spot new revenue opportunities to enhance client delivery. You will have proficiency in MS Office and outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills.
