Senior Recruitment Business Development Manager

Location: Warrington, Cheshire

Salary : ??45,000 OTE (year 1)

The opportunity

The role will have a wide range of responsibilities, focussed principally around business growth, service delivery and compliance. You will be working primarily on all aspects of business development, and to ensure effective supply you will work alongside an operational resourcing and supply team responsible for fulfilment. The specialist market sectors you will focus on will be our principal areas of supply to industry, but these will be adjusted to accommodate specific expertise that you already possess to maximise your own career development and earning potential.

Key job responsibilities

• Identification of business development opportunities

• Preparation and delivery of sales propositions and tenders to sales prospects

• Delivery of a marketing communication programme including direct prospect calling and social media interactions

• Attendance of client facing meetings to promote and support your business development programme

• Interaction and basic support to the operational supply team to optimise service supply effectiveness

Job requirements

• high personal ambition and drive

• prior experience in business development processes either within recruitment or a relevant B2B sales environment

• prior experience of working to sales targets and reporting on these

• strong interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills

• resourcefulness and tenacity in all aspects of the role

• a personal desire to progress to further levels within the company
