Business Analyst - Capita Resourcing

Capita Resourcing are currently looking for a couple of Business Analyst to join work onsite with one of our major accounts. This is a permanent position that will be based in Solihull.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

*Previous experience of working on a large-scale project/programme
*Energy Retail industry experience
*Experience of documenting business processes, systems and data using industry standard techniques and methods
*Experience of using different techniques to gather information including workshops facilitation
*Experience working on Agile projects/programmes - e.g. Scrum, Extreme Programming
*Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills (written and verbal) to ensure successful relationship management at all levels
*Experience of business readiness and implementation aspects of a large project/programme


*Highly motivated team player with a willingness to do what it takes to deliver
*Self-starter with proactive approach
*Can demonstrate ownership of deliverables
*Identifies risks to own objectives early
*Builds effective networks to achieve objectives
*Problem solver

Role Deliverables:

*Agreeing and rolling out operational governance to apply post-programme.
*Agree process for future delivery of change.
*Create training framework to apply post-programme.
*Agree and Roll out process for maintaining operational documents (e.g. Process Maps and SOPs)
*Agree and roll out reporting and management controls.
*Tracking benefits case.
