We are currently looking for an experience consultant of any years of experience who is looking for an opportunity to recruit across a multi-site business, the position that is on offer will be to develop 2 territories - Warrington & Altrincham - both offices are established with current clients on and candidates working out in the field.
This position will see you managing both offices weekly, 2-3 days within either office. Working with an existing client base and developing new companies you will be required to manage the workload of a full 360 degree consultant.
You -
You will have to have healthcare/social care knowledge - experience with private healthcare organisations supplying temporary staff into care/nursing homes and into vendor management companies such De Poel/GRI etc. and other various local authority contracts.
You will be a full 360 consultant - able to cover the entire recruitment process on your own from the initial placing of a job advert, tele screening, face-face interview, reference and all compliance checks and placing the candidate into a business/placement that you have won !
We will need a doer ! not a im going to hire 3 staff to do it for me, you will be someone who wants to prove your worth and then grow your teams to assist you in further growth and success !

I.e. - your KPI targets of business growth and this will activate the new team member you need to hire and also achieve a personal bonus !! this will then continue on every KPI target that you hit or beat across both offices - so lots of commission to earn and a clear path of how you will grow your teams - all of the finer details of growth of hours / GP will be given at interview stage only.
You will have the opportunity to become branch manager, multi-site/regional manager and ultimately operations manager for this company, so a clear progression path is certainly available for you???.. which will also come with salary increases/pay rises !
