Recruitment Consultant:

Due to the continued growth and success of our business we are looking to recruit our first consultant, we are a three-man strong team, could you be the fourth person?

Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Recruitment Manager, Account Manager, Recruitment Team Leader

Company background:

* Willcox Matthews was started in 2018 by 3 friends and former colleagues who shared the same vision. Due to our continued growth and success we are now looking to take on our first consultant.

* We are based in the quaint village of Ombersley just outside Worcester, commutable from most urban centres in Worcestershire and the West Midlands including Birmingham.

What we're looking for:

* We're looking for a proven Recruitment Consultant who has ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting in any specialist sector.

* Someone who aspires to either build and run their own team or alternatively if you just want to fly solo running your own desk making boat loads of commission, we are happy with that too.

* You can work unsupervised, the team at Willcox Matthews are not about the micromanagement life.

* As well as working hard, you won't take life too seriously and will enjoy some office banter.

* Someone who is money hungry and driven to succeed.

* You have the ability to be resident DJ on the Sonos sound system as we alternate on who's music we play.

* As well as celebrating each other's successes you'll be able to support your team mates when things don't work out.

Required & desired experience:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience within recruitment as a 360 consultant.

* Not be afraid of business development and have proven success of developing new business

* Ability to gain, develop and nurture business accounts

* Can think for yourself and on your feet.

* Track record of delivering results against targets and objectives.

* Typical recruitment stuff that you will already do on a day to day basis.

* Be competitive, in addition to wanting to be top company biller, we have internal competitions such as food challenges and office Olympics.

Salary, benefits & hours of work

* Your salary package is based around three factors, your basic salary, commission structure and monthly target (cap), this will be discussed at interview and will be based on your current achievements / expectations.
