We are seeking an experienced Full Time Recruitment Consultant to develop our busy Care Desk.
As our Care Recruitment Consultant, you will be working with a range of clients, from national care providers to local care companies, and the position will be a 360 role: you'll have control of candidate sourcing, screening, client liaison, interview booking and, ultimately, placements. You'll be dealing with a range of roles within Care, from Health Care Assistants up to Registered Managers.
4Recruitment Services Ltd are looking for a dedicated, hardworking and money driven recruitment consultant, with a strong communicative manner. You'll be working with a range of clients, from local authority's, local care companies, private fostering agencies and Care groups across the UK, the position will be a 360 role to start with, you will have full control of candidate sourcing and screening, compliance, BD for any new work you wish to bring on, interview booking and placements. You'll be dealing with a range of roles within Care, from Care Assistants all the way up to Registered Managers, you will be operating across the UK covering all levels of care.
Your key skills will be:
  • A natural drive to succeed, Money & Target Driven
  • Computer literate across Microsoft packages,
  • Previous use of CRM systems,
  • Sales Focussed
  • Ability to work to strict deadline,
  • A confident communicator,
  • Previous experience in a sales or recruitment background is Required,
This role is perfect for someone based in London or Essex, however we are eager to hear from candidates who live just outside of London or Essex who are able to travel into Ilford daily.
