Bailey Care Services (BCS) is looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team based in Newport, South Wales. The key functions of this role are selling the company services to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face, recruiting workers, delivering our high quality service and maintaining relationships.

The Package:
* Salary: From ??18000 per annum, Pension, Commission scheme, Corporate health and professional membership after the completion of probationary period (normally six months)
* Holiday: Initially you will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days, annually after first 12 months employment and inclusive of statutory holidays.
* Hours of Work: 40 hours per week between hours of 08.00 and 17:00 (with 1 hour's lunch break)
* Professional foundation training course over the first three months followed by on-going training and development opportunities. Excellent career prospects.

*Health and/or care (Advantageous)
* Driver
Personal Attributes:
You will need to be self-motivated to achieve set targets, have a professional approach and capable of working in a team environment. A key aspect will be your drive to succeed within a very competitive market place. Knowledge of the Health and Social Care and recruitment experience would be advantageous.
