Recruitment Consultant Oxfordshire- Catering & Hospitality Perms
Basic salary of ??25-??27K + monthly commission, OTE ??40K yr1
For those of you that do not know us, we are Goldstar Recruitment, a dedicated catering & hospitality recruitment agency based just outside Oxford. The business will be celebrating its 10-year birthday this year and in that time, we have established ourselves as the areas leading, independent hospitality recruitment agency.
We offer both temp & perm solutions to our clients, which consist of Oxfordshire's University Colleges and private schools, hotels groups, gastro pub companies, through to heritage and tourism sites. As a business we live & breath hospitality and what this amazing industry is all about. This really shows in the service we provide.
Based from our new offices in Kidlington, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our perms division. This is a very well established desk, with lots of repeat business and clients with multiple vacancies to fill. These vacancies consist of Chefs of all levels, catering managers, restaurant managers, event managers and support staff.
Working 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers, whilst working to open new opportunities for yourself within your region. The area you will cover consists of; half of Oxfordshire, Northants, Bucks and Berks. There is plenty of scope in this region to really drive the desk forward and open new doors for yourself. Currently, the desk already has around 20-25 active vacancies, so there is plenty to get getting on with!
This is a very hands-on role. In order to succeed, you will need to be a forward thinker and someone who is proactive and who can spot opportunities. We are looking for someone that is hungry to succeed and who wants to earn as much money as they can and develop.
We will consider applicants with previous recruitment experience, or hospitality managers looking to side-step their careers.
