Are you an experienced Service Recruitment Consultant within the Birmingham area looking for your next challenge?

Meridian Business Support currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Recruitment Consultant to join their very successful Industrial team in Birmingham city centre.

Key Responsibilities:

* To work closely with the Recruitment Consultants in branch, to understand current vacancies, and client requirements

* To source, register and reference check suitable candidates for vacancies

* Ensure there is an available talent pool of candidates at all times

* Ensure that all candidates fully comply with Meridian's compliance procedures; ensuring that all documentation is received and stored in accordance with company guidelines

* To ensure that IQX is kept up to date at all times, ensuring candidate records remain current and all activity is recorded

* Ensure that all payroll is completed on a weekly basis

* Preparing candidates CV's and submitting for client approval

* To deliver excellent customer service at all times

* Complete structured registrations with potential candidates identifying suitable business leads

* Complete temp check ins

* Ensure a-boards, broadbean and other relevant job boards are accurate and up to date

* Successfully achieve KPIs set by Manager

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Previous experience of working within the recruitment industry

• Possess good communication skills both written and verbal

• Be able to work effectively under pressure and against deadlines

• Have good organisational and administrative skills

• Have experience of working within a customer service environment

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Work well within a team environment
