Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are a well-established healthcare agency, aiming to provide outstanding healthcare services across the UK and we take pride in providing the highest quality of care from our healthcare professionals to our clients. The main objective of our agency is to provide last minute emergency care which operates 24 hours a day.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Recruitment Consultant with an excellent ethical work to join our dynamic team. If you are an experienced recruitment consultant looking for a new challenge, and have experience of recruiting for either the private sector or public sector, this role could be for you.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Candidate Sourcing - across a variety of methods
  • Cold-Calling Potential Candidates
  • Searching through Recruitment Databases and expand candidate network
  • Contact existing Candidates for availability and secure suitable work to match their requirements
  • Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients
  • Liaise with both Clients and Candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Business Development: Secure new business and build Client network
  • Client management and growth
  • Developing and managing your sector
  • Negotiation
  • Provide a quality Customer Service to our Clients and Candidates
  • Ensure vacancies are advertised effectively
  • Exceed targets
  • To meet individual KPIs and gross margin performance targets
  • On-call during evenings and weekends
Experience and Skills
Excellent communications skills are essential and a confident/professional telephone manner would be pre-requisite. Candidates must have the following:
  • Excellent PC skills/Telephone manner/Communication skills
  • Previous experience as a recruitment consultant/Resourcer
  • Sales focused and target driven
  • Pro-active approach and a lateral thinker
  • Able to work in a fast pace working environment
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task your workload

What's in it for you? This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis - salary ranging between ??18,000 -??21,000 depending on experience. Working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday as well as on call duties.
The ideal candidate will be a driver and have previous recruitment experience although this is not essential.
