A contract opportunity for a Senior Hire Resourcing Lead based in Swindon

Your new role

* Liaise with Talent team and Hiring Managers to create sourcing strategies for identified vacancies
* Be the subject matter expert on sourcing and attraction methodology and create optimal strategies for business units
* Explore and exploit innovative sourcing strategies.
* Take proactive steps to raise awareness internally of job vacancies, through the intranet, employee referral campaigns etc
* Create and expand personal networks.
* Work under government frameworks
* Actively seek out ways to promote employer branding and awareness amongst key industry sectors through the use of technology
* Conduct candidate screening, utilising technology platforms

What you'll need to succeed

* Must have public sector experience, with an understanding of government frameworks management terms
* Deep understanding and experience of social media platforms, and other online sourcing channels.
* Excellent research capabilities
* Consultative and collaborative style
* Innovative approach
* Understanding of employer branding concepts and attraction techniques
* Understanding and experience of market mapping
* Ability to deal with external vendors
* Credible and authentic style
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience in an Public sector / government environment
* Stakeholder management experience
